Kelin Ainsworth is a seasoned entrepreneur with a versatile skill set that empowers both new and established entrepreneurs. His journey into entrepreneurship began with building his first successful venture from the ground up and eventually selling it to a competitor. This hands-on experience gave Kelin invaluable insights into the complexities of running a startup and solidified his passion for helping other businesses succeed.

To complement his entrepreneurial background, Kelin pursued a business education at Lakehead University, majoring in Marketing and Management. He then earned an MBA, further refining his expertise and broadening his skill set.

As a co-founder of Mikel Consulting, Kelin plays a key role in the company’s success. He draws from his vast startup experience and academic achievements to offer clients valuable business insights. Through a hands-on approach, Kelin assists clients in developing tailored business plans, pitch decks, and strategic advice. His knowledge spans areas such as marketing, management, and business growth, positioning him to help entrepreneurs secure funding, achieve their goals, and navigate expansion challenges.

His tenure as a financial consultant at Lakehead University and his role at BDO have equipped him with a strong understanding of the financial intricacies needed for successful business operations.

Mitch's academic achievements have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Dean Braun Medal and consistent recognition on the Presidents List. He has also received awards like the BDO Canada LLP Award for excellence in financial accounting and the Northwestern Ontario CA Association Award.

As a co-founder of Mikel Consulting, Mitch is instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy. He focuses on financial consulting, creating tailored business plans, and advising on pitch decks and funding strategies. Mitch’s ability to secure investment capital and bank loans, combined with his meticulous attention to financial detail, makes him a critical asset for entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Dominika’s diverse career spans several industries, where she has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as Clifford Chance, an internationally recognized law firm, and Dentsply Sirona, a prominent Nasdaq-listed company with a global presence in over 120 countries.

Building on this experience, Dominika pursued an academic foundation in international relations at Metropolitan University in Prague and completed her MBA at Cambridge Business School. This academic and professional background has equipped her with a unique set of skills, enabling her to support both emerging and established businesses in implementing effective marketing strategies for exponential growth.

As Head of Business Development at Mikel Consulting, Dominika plays an essential role in expanding the company's reach across Canadian, U.S., and U.K. markets. Her expertise in market analysis, stakeholder relationships, and strategic planning ensures the company's growth and success in these key regions.
