  • Entrepreneurs, business owners, or professionals. Up to five per application.

  • If securing a letter of support from a venture capital fund or an angel investor group, a minimum investment is mandatory. However, if you are accepted into a Canadian business incubator, there is no required investment amount.

    Administrative fees for designated organizations may reach up to $50,000 per applicant, and it is advisable to have at least $200,000 available to initiate the business in Canada across all applicants (up to five).

  • At least CLB 5 to ensure the entrepreneur can effectively communicate and operate within the Canadian business environment.

  • Your spouse can accompany you to Canada and is eligible for an open work permit. Your dependent children can also join you and are authorized to study in Canada. Additionally, your family may access provincial health care and your children can attend public schools at no cost.

Self-Employed Visa Business Plan

  • Individuals active in cultural, artistic, or athletic fields, looking to establish themselves independently in Canada.

  • Cultural, artistic or athletic, with the applicant demonstrating a significant contribution to their cultural or athletic life in Canada.

  • No direct investment required; emphasis is placed on the individual's ability to be self-sustained and contribute culturally or athletically. However, it is advised to have access to at least $50,000 in capital.

  • Not required but recommended and helpful to have at least CLB 5 for broader integration and community engagement.
